Turning Point Fitness was founded in 2007, and is built on the principles of helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle and return their bodies back to a functional state of movement. We believe in ‘enhancing your life through movement and having fun while we do it!’
New to Pilates? We are here to help! We recommend you start with a private session. We offer two introductory packages that include private sessions.

There you will find videos ranging from beginner-friendly to challenging workouts, all designed to help you elevate your practice.
