Turning Point Fitness was founded in 2007, and is built on the principles of helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle and return their bodies back to a functional state of movement. We believe in ‘enhancing your life through movement and having fun while we do it!’
Turning Point Fitness offers the most effective training and classes. We focus on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, in a strictly Classical manner. In addition to Pilates, we offer the GYROTONIC® Method and other classes that focus on connecting movement and fitness through your core and returning the body back to a functional state.
We are committed to providing personal fitness programming to help you live a healthy lifestyle at any age. We pride ourselves on personal service, excellent instruction, and most importantly a fun and safe place to practice fitness and make new connections.
