We are excited to get you started on your Pilates journey. Turning Point Fitness specializes in teaching and training the Classical Pilates Method. Whether you are new to Pilates or want to enhance your knowledge, you are at the right place.  

Turning Point Fitness was founded in 2007, and is built on the principles of helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle and return their bodies back to a functional state of movement. We believe in ‘enhancing your life through movement and having fun while we do it!’

New to Pilates? We are here to help! We recommend you start with a private session. We offer two introductory packages that include private sessions.

Check out our Online Pilates Video Library.  There you will find videos ranging from beginner-friendly to challenging workouts, all designed to help you elevate your practice. I began participating in Pilates at TPF approximately 10-15 years ago to add a little boast and injury prevention to my running, cycling and triathlon activities. It was a terrific addition to being able to compete at a competitive level for my age group. The Pilates method also proved to be valuable to my career as a PT.
