Sally Sligar has been active with Pilates for 10 years both as a client and more recently as an instructor. Sally has run over 10 marathons, countless half marathons and triathlons. She enjoys cycling and has participated in the Pelotonia event the past 10 years. She has been in the healthcare industry for over the past 25 years and the Pilates Method, “just makes sense” for all age groups and for all activities – from recreational to athletes. She finds tremendous value in the posture, strength, and flexibility that the Pilates Method provides the body.
Sally lives in Westerville and is married with two terrific dogs. She loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.
